Website Privacy

We use Microsoft Clarity in cookieless mode to understand page visits, popular projects, scrolling and contact-link clicks. Analytics and advertising cookie storage are kept denied. There is no analytics cookie banner.

Microsoft receives website usage and technical data, including page addresses, device information and masked page interactions. Cookieless measurement is not the same as collecting no data. We do not send visitor names or email addresses as custom analytics identifiers. Sensitive-content masking remains enabled.

Without persistent cookies, separate page views can be counted as separate visitors or sessions. Returning-visitor counts and journeys across multiple pages are limited. Contact-link clicks indicate interest, not confirmed enquiries.

Our loader skips analytics for Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals, signed-in staff, administration and preview pages. Staging uses a separate QA project; production reporting begins only when the rebuilt site launches.

Project coverage map

The Reach Us map uses locally hosted Leaflet and MapLibre software, with hosted OpenFreeMap tiles based on OpenStreetMap data. When you view the map, your browser requests visible map data from OpenFreeMap and sends normal connection information, including your IP address and the referring website. The provider does not use cookies or advertising tracking. The map does not request your location. Project pins show city-level coverage. See the OpenFreeMap Privacy Policy.
